Maximum occupancy for Double room / Deluxe Room is two adults and one child under 12 years old. Maximum occupancy for Family Room is four adults and two children under 12 years old. Extra beds are available for an additional charge.

Damage and liability:
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay.The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for any necessary repairs or replacement.
The Hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to guests personal belongings.
Guests are advised to keep their doors looked at all times.

Noise policy:
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Guests are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum and to be considerate of other guests.

Key card loss:
Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their room key card during their stay.
In the event of key card loss, guests must report it to the front desk immediately to prevent unauthorised access to the room. If a room key card is lost, a fee of RM50 will be charged.
